Purchasing a second hand car can be a worrying experience for obvious reasons but the guys at Sho cars are the exception to the rule, they genuinely want to sell you the best car on the market. There is no high pressure selling the cars sell themselves. For my vehicle I searched the nationwide and they had they had the lowest mileage best example in the country at the most sensible price. I will definitely use them again when my wife's car needs replacing.

This was absolutely outstanding in every respect. In a preceding year where I have to deal with some fairly disreputable business people, it was an absolute joy to deal with Bal, in particular, and this company. Excellent dealership. Top quality service and top quality cars. I highly recommend Spotted a rare lexus that i've been looking for. Very few on sale. Seen the ad but it didn't have pics yet as the car was being prepped. called next day and Bal took the time to describe the car to me in detail. He was honest about its imperfections e.g stone chips etc. Having read other reviews here he sounded like a trustworthy person so i put down a deposit and reserved the car based on his description. From chatting with him it appeared that he only stocks high quality cars i.e those that have had few owners, less miles and well kept. As live around London i could only collect the car on the weekend. I was a accommodated on a Sunday. Also finally when pics were available i was sent the pics during the week. When i arrived on Sunday i was given the key and was let to take my time inspecting the car on my own. I was very satisfied with the condition of the car. It was as described and you could tell that time and effort was spent into prepping it for sale. The car was clean both inside and out it looked like it had a proper detail with proper products that didn't leave behind smear marks. The leather interiors despite being light cream were spotless. One piece of feedback i have is that perhaps when prepping it would be good to have the engine bay detailed as well. the engine bay on my car was dirty you could tell no one has been under there to clean it in a while. But its a lexus so this is normal for these cars. After the inspection we went for a test drive. The test drive was long enough for me to make a decision. After the test drive i was shown all relevant docs e.g. service history V5C etc. Paid the remaining amount. Was reminded to tax it and was on my way with my new to me car. A few days later i had a follow up message checking to see if everything is ok. Overall great dealership with excellent service. I would highly recommend buying a used car from a small deslership like this rather than bigger dealerships where everything is impersonal. My last car purchase was in stark contrast to this. Information was hid from me and the vehicle was sold to me without a basic valet. Hence i am a bit more appreciative of the service shocars provided.

We bought a car from Bal at Shocars online / before we saw it. A low mileage 2015 Lexus NX 300 It was clean and well presented. Everything was right and ready to go. Bal was a pleasure to deal with and very understanding when we slipped up. He keeps a few interesting cars and seems to be shrewd on his purchases, which is good for customers.
