Travelled from winsford Cheshire to view a car we spotted on auto trader from this dealer and was so pleased we did. The car was in such good condition and the service we got was so good, we needed the car there and then and it was put through the mot and we drove it home. We will definitely be back when we need another car. Can’t recommend Shocars enough for a genuine experience and was allowed to look round the car without being pressured like at some car traders but the owner was there for any questions we had and helped us as much as he could, such a lovely genuine guy. Thank you so much and we love our new car 🚘

Travelled from Hereford to view a VW Golf GTD. The car was exactly as described on AutoTrader. The customer service provided from Bal was fantastic, at no point did I feel under pressure to purchase the car. Bal was personable, honest and professional. It was a relaxed and comfortable and environment. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone looking at buying a high spec used car.

Definitely not some dodgy backstreet car dealer. Right from the first phone call Bal has been a pleasure to deal with. His customer service is 2nd to none. Nothing was too much trouble. He left us to look at the car without any pressure. Answered any questions we had. Did us a good deal. Sorted all paperwork without a fuss. Very happy with the car. Would recommend him to anyone and would certainly buy another car from him.

Recently purchased a BMW 330i from Bal. He opened up his showroom at 1700 on a Sunday to let me view the car and take it out for a test drive. The showroom is well lit and stocked with around 20 great looking cars. Bal is genuinely nice bloke, who puts his customers first no pressure tactics he lets the car sell it's self. The car came with a fresh major service after purchase, from a BMW specialist and the car was prepared to an exceptional standard inside and out. If you are considering buying a used car you can't go wrong with Shocars.
