Shocars gave me excellent service right from the start. I was advised that I could come the next day to look at the car I wanted, and was therefore arranged very quickly and all cars were moved around specially for me to come and look at it too! The viewing was inside their unit so I was able to view the car indoors, out of the rain with plenty of lighting. I could therefore see the car for what it truly was rather than being covered in rain and dirt. Once I'd decided this was the car for me, they had no problem with me doing a second viewing to make sure I'd made the right choice, followed by a test drive. After a quick look around, their stock looked in excellent condition. Even my brother who is usually hard to please took me to pick my car up cast his eyes over the Audi A5 and instantly wanted it! Overall my experience with Shocars was informative, professional and quite enjoyable. I was impressed by their flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers!
