Car was as described in the advert. dealer was very welcoming and dealt with all my questions very well, i purchased the porsche cayenne on the same day and all paperwork was completed quickly and I left with the new vehicle within a few hours I would highly reccomend this honest straight talking dealership. I looked at over 15 other cayennes which I wasn't happy with until 8 found shocars in Oldbury I will be back when I require another car thank you so much Bal its been a pleasant and enjoyable experience

Our experience with Bal at Shocars could not have been better. The whole experience was refreshing. I have not dealt with a dealer before with better communication skills, who is more genuine and who makes you feel more at ease with the whole process. This is the third time I have used the services of Bal at Shocars in as many years and I have no complaints whatsoever. Bal gives excellent, efficient, and friendly service and is always a pleasure to do business with. He is totally honest. Bal's knowledge of his cars is immense and unsurpassed and the presentation of his vehicles is superb with between 15 and 100 quality photos of each car for sale together with a comprehensive description and history. Always highly professional and straightforward to deal with and far less complex than showroom type operation where you never meet the owner.
