The owner at shocars was extremely professional and knowledgeable from the outset. He gave me assistance both on the phone and when I arrived to test drive the car. He was friendly and put me at ease. He was never pushy and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy before I drove away in a new car. He made sure that I knew how to work the controls of the new car before I set off. I was very happy with the company and I would highly recommend shocars.

The vehicle was outstanding and very well presented, and the price was very reasonable for such quality. I had a really positive experience dealing with Shocars. I travelled over 100 miles to view and was greeted at the train station before being able to spend as much time as I needed looking over the car. The car was in great condition and was priced well. Unfortunately the next day the engine light came on in the car. After taking it to Audi it turned out to be an issue with the thermostat. I was obviously worried but with the premium warranty Shocars offer as well as a good will gesture everything worked out. I was told by Audi that the thermostat issue is a known issue with the 8V Audi S3 so was simply bad timing. Shocar kept in constant contact during the repair and would of taken the car and dealt with it themselves, although due to the distance I travelled I decided to look after it myself. Overall I'm very pleased with the customer service and would use Shocar again without any hesitation.
