I recently purchased a car from Shocars and have to say that the service was excellent. Having previously researched both the cars I was interested and the guide prices I found Shocars to be the first place to provide an honest and fair valuation without any of the sales pressures. They were helpful in explaining additional extras around the cars and general feedback around mechanical aspects which were in line with what a mechanic (friend) had told me. The cars are well liked after and prepared and a fair price was offered for mine. They have a variety of cars that suit all tastes from what I could see and were run the way an independent dealer should, with personal, approachable and knowledgeable staff. This was genuinely the best experience I've had with a dealership and the process was smooth and professional. When I come to trade in again this will be my first port of call. Superb.

The owner at shocars was extremely professional and knowledgeable from the outset. He gave me assistance both on the phone and when I arrived to test drive the car. He was friendly and put me at ease. He was never pushy and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy before I drove away in a new car. The vehicle was outstanding and very well presented, and the price was very reasonable for such quality. I had a really positive experience dealing with Shocars. I travelled over 100 miles to view and was greeted at the train station before being able to spend as much time as I needed looking over the car. The car was in great condition and was priced well. Unfortunately the next day the engine light came on in the car. After taking it to Audi it turned out to be an issue with the thermostat. I was obviously worried but with the premium warranty Shocars offer as well as a good will gesture everything worked out. I was told by Audi that the thermostat issue is a known issue with the 8V Audi S3 so was simply bad timing. Shocar kept in constant contact during the repair and would of taken the car and dealt with it themselves, although due to the distance I travelled I decided to look after it myself. Overall I'm very pleased with the customer service and would use Shocar again without any hesitation.

I was very surprised of how easy and quick was the process of buying a car from Shocars.
