I don't usually write reviews, but I thought the service given by the staff at Shocars deserved some feedback for other customers that like myself might be searching for a reliable & trusted company to buy a car from in the future. They replied back quickly to my original email and were more than happy to collect me from the local train station when I came to view the car. I had a very good experience with Shocars. They were very professional and dealt with any questions and issues I had both efficiently and knowledgeably. Importantly for me they were not at all pushy. I went there twice, the second time was at a Bank Holiday weekend, but they made sure they were there and went out of their way to collect me at the local train station which I appreciated.
