This was my first time using Shocars, I spoke to Bal and he was very efficient at answering all my questions, he let me test drive the car keeping covid safe, he was very honest and upfront all the way through the deal and didnt try knocking me down on the trade in. We did the deal all in one visit which was very helpful as we travelled down from North Yorkshire, and as the DVLA website was down he took me to a nearby post office so we could tax the car and drive it back. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend Shocars if they have a vehicle that takes your fancy
