I was in a bit, of what I believe they used to call, caught in a Cleft Stick, vehicle rapidly failing, several hospital appointments to attend, Christmas approaching. Then whist looking for another vehicle I came across the ideal replacement advertised by Shocars, an email a phone call ( where I mentioned my worries ) and a deal was done. Only a couple days later my bright shiny replacement was delivered to my door, 100 miles away, on a Sunday morning by. With a good chance the old vehicle might fail him on the way back, it did. What can one say, that must surely be a much, much more personnel service and better experience than most would expect. If I am looking for a vehicle in the future I can't think of a better place, Shocars, to start. Highly recommended.

Given all the potential issues with used car sales and horror story reviews from other used car garages, I can't believe I found this place! The car bought from here was in fantastic condition for its age and at a great price. Pre-visit phone calls were informative and helpful. The owner was very welcoming on arrival, nothing was too much trouble and we were given all the time we needed to check the vehicle out with no pressure at all to buy. He made the paperwork quick and painless when finally deciding to buy the car and arranging drive-away insurance was made easy. When you get a warranty with the car here you can tell this place will back it up. Can't recommend Shocars enough for a worry free used car purchase.

Shocars as a company are a credit to car sales and Iam glad that I gave them my business. I found the car on Autotrader on the Sunday, made contact with each other on the Monday and agree’d to pick the car up on the Thursday. As I live up in Aberdeen, it was quite a distance to travel, but I knew that the car was a great find - low mileage and only one owner from new. I flew down to Birmingham and jumped onto a train to the nearest station to Shocars, where I was picked up by Bal and taken to the garage. Very positive experience throughout the buying process. There was no hard sell, and the seller clearly knew his cars inside out.
