Found the perfect car we wanted a lovely blue VW golf. It was a superb spec, well kept and maintained. Shocars, gave us an excellent service from the minute we made contact. Very easy to deal with and accommodating and picked us up from the station and talked us through everything, explaining all about the car and how it operated and helped us through all the paperwork. The Car was in perfect condition as described. Bal was the kindest and most helpful man staying open later to allow us to travel from Yorkshire mid-week. Car was as described in the advert. dealer was very welcoming and dealt with all my questions very well, i purchased the porsche cayenne on the same day and all paperwork was completed quickly and I left with the new vehicle within a few hours I would highly reccomend this honest straight talking dealership. This is the third time I have used the services of Bal at Shocars in as many years and I have no complaints whatsoever. Bal gives excellent, efficient, and friendly service and is always a pleasure to do business with. He is totally honest.
